Qigong Tui Na sophisticated joint manipulation techniques
April 21 & 22, 2018, Saturday & Sunday, 9 am-5:30 pm
Learn structural balancing techniques to promote balance and improve function of misaligned, injured, stiff or achy joints. These sophisticated joint manipulations are Qigong tui na techniques drawn from neigong.
These simple effective bodywork techniques can be easily integrated into your existing practice of massage, bodywork, acupuncture or chiropractic care.
Learn techniques for the shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist, fingers, as well as hip, knee, ankle, and foot to release achy joints, increase range of motion and fluid movement, address dysfunction from injuries and repetitive motion. Release stress and restore integrative movement, allowing softness to replace stiffness.
Twisting, spiraling and myofascial release will also be taught.
Learn opening and closing, a major internal qi component of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Learn Tai Qi Circling Hands self care exercise for deep relaxation and stress reduction.
