This excellent introduction for beginners and advanced students is easy to learn and do. Increase your breathing capacity, relax your nervous system, and strengthen you internal organs with this powerful and gentle method of breathing based on classic Taoist longevity practices. Longevity Breathing exercises and relaxes your back, spine, and organs. It is especially useful to those with high levels of stress, cardio-pulmonary problems and asthma. Tai Chi effectively increases elasticity of the joints, overall strength and upper body flexibility. Learn to relax your joints and nervous system. By building the internal chi inherent in your body, you can begin a lifelong program as used in China for the treatment of a wide range of degenerative diseases, especially joint, nervous system, lymphatic, stress-related and back problems. These gentle movements are appropriate for any age or level of fitness.

Dates: April 11, May 16, June 20, July 25, 2009, Sat., 9:30 am-12:30, (3rd Saturday of the month.)

Tuition: $45 per three-hour session at the door or $120 prepaid for all three sessions, or $40 for one session prepaid. VISA, MasterCard, Discover credit or debit cards accepted.

Instructor: Susan Kansky has studied Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, Asian healing arts, physiology and neurobiology since 1978. Her current teacher, Master B. K. Frantzis, a formal Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan lineage master, is the only Westerner recognized by Beijing, China as a master of the internal arts. Susan has been teaching Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Tai Chi health exercises and Asian Bodywork Therapies since 1986 and is a Senior Instructor certified by Master Frantzis to teach Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Nei Gong.
